George Clooney, Jeniffer Aniston, plenty of celebrities use Hot Yoga to improve their life. Can hot yoga help professional athletes improve performance?

Floyd Mayweather first used hot yoga as a part of his training regime back in 2012.

Before that, he told the Las Vegas Sun that he had never stretched in his entire career until he began doing Bikram yoga. “I think I can push myself and perform a lot better with yoga,” Mayweather said.

Mayweather’s coach and father, Floyd Snr, has claimed his son will ‘touch Conor) McGregor up real good’.

“Floyd’s gonna definitely put something on Conor McGregor. I’ve got a few presents for Conor McGregor,” Floyd Mayweather Sr. told NBC Sports Radio.

Floyd Mayweather Jr is not the only pro athlete hot yoga helped improve performance. Others include, Kelly Slater, big wave surfing grandfather Gerry “Mr Pipeline” Lopez, Jordy Smith, Serena Williams, Lebron James and more.
