waitlists;

• Once classes are full, waitlists will be started.  Members will be moved into the class based on their position on the waitlist as spaces become available.
• it is the responsibility of members to remove themselves from any waitlist, or cancel class spaces if they are no longer able to attend.
• Waitlists will only be automatically added in up until 30 minutes before the start of class to accommodate an adequate notice period. 

Cancellations;

• There is a 3 hour cancellation window. Cancellations made within this time are non-refundable
• Class credits cancelled outside of this window will be re-credited to member accounts
• PAYG bookings cancelled outside of the cancellation window will be credited with credits of equal value

no shows; 

• If a member fails to attend a booked class 3 times in a 3 month period, an automatic penalty charge of £15 will be made to the member account.
