yoga is better with friends

When you book a class you have the option to also book for a friend. 

  • If you are on a monthly or introductory membership, payment for the additional booking will be made at the studio.  
  • If you are on a class pass, a class credit will be taken from your account for the extra booking.  You can gift the credit to your friend, or pay for the additional booking at the studio and the credit will be refunded to your account.
  • If you are on a Pay As You Go (PAYG) membership, payment for both persons will made at the time of booking

Bookings, cancellations & waitlists

Unlimited Memberships; 
  • If you cancel more than 3 hours before the start of the class there is no penalty.
  • If you do not cancel the class, and do not show up for the class you will receive a strike on your account.  3 strikes will result in your account being locked for a period of 7 days.
  • If you do not cancel, and do not attend a class that has a waitlist on it, you will be charged a penalty fee of £5.

 

Class Credit Memberships;
  • If you cancel more than 3 hours before the start of the class, the credit used will be returned to your account.
  • If you cancel less than 3 hours before the start of class you will lose the credit used.
  • If you do not cancel, and do not show up for the class you will lose the credit used and you will receive a strike on your account.  3 strikes will result in your account being locked for a period of 7 days. 

 

PAYG;
  • If you cancel more than 3 hours before the start of the class a credit will be applied to your account, and is valid to use for 30 days from the date of cancellation.
  • if you cancel less than 3 hours before the start of class you will lose the payment made, and no credit will be applied to your account.
  • if you do not cancel, and do not show up for the class you will lose the payment made and you will receive a strike on your account. 3 strikes will result in your account being locked for a period of 7 days.

 

waitlists;
  • Once classes are full, waitlists will be started.  Members will be moved into the class based on their position on the waitlist as spaces become available.
  • it is the responsibility of members to remove themselves from any waitlist, or cancel class spaces if they are no longer able to attend.
  • Waitlists will only be automatically added in up until 30 minutes before the start of class to accommodate an adequate notice period.
