All of our recurring memberships have a minimum 3 month contract and a 30 day cancellation notice period. Notification to cancel your membership must be given in writing to namaste@hotyoganewcastle.co.uk and any cancellations that are requested before the end of the 3 month contract term will still be liable for the full payment.

Class credit packs have a validity of 30 days for a single credit, 45 days for 5 credit packs and 90 days for 10 credit packs.  Any credits not used by the end of the valid period will be lost and no refund or part thereof will be issued.

Members on recurring memberships are entitled to pause their membership for a period of up to 30 days per calendar year.
