This therapeutic Hatha yoga practice was developed by Bikram Choudhury for his Bikram yoga classes. The scripted practice promotes optimum health and maximum function of the body. It is systematically designed to work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, internal organ and gland in a specific order, while moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, and designed to repair the negative effects of modern, life.
