This classic hot yoga practice, also known as Bikram yoga, is made up of a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises all done in our heated studio.  Enjoy the radiant heat that comes from our infrared heating panels as you move through your class, strengthening all the muscles of the body, developing flexibility and developing focus.
 
Be prepared to work hard, sweat and surprise yourself.

Hot 50

Creating a fusion between our hot twenty six class by adding a touch of traditional flow, our hot fifty class is a set sequence of 50 postures done in our studio heated to 36-38°c.  Many of the postures come from our hot twenty six sequence, with additional postures focussing on core strengthening, hip opening, and upper body strength and stability.  With 50 postures, the pace of this class can be quite fast in places, but still offers plenty of moments of calm.

Our hot flow classes give you the opportunity to slow down your practice and move through this 60 minute vinyasa class with more focus on foundation and alignment.

Express 26

Because we know life can get busy from time to time making it hard to get your hot yoga fix, we bring you our express hot twenty six practice.  This class offers you the challenge of a slightly faster paced practice while still giving you exactly the same sequence, same heat, same benefits, just done in 60 minutes rather than the normal 90 minutes.
 
While not a requirement, if you are new to hot 26 we strongly recommend trying a few of the original 90 minute classes first so that you can have a little bit more time to learn each of the postures, which will make this class more enjoyable.

Warm 26

Maybe you are wanting to try classic hot yoga for the first time and aren’t too sure about the heat, or maybe you just want to create your own heat in your practice.  For those days you can now take our class in a warm, ambient temperature and still gain the same benefits that make this practice so beneficial.
