Cancelling   
   a class   
   If you have booked a class and are no longer able to attend it, you can cancel your space via the GloFox app or our website up to 3 hours before the class start time with no penalty.   
 
   If you miss the 3 hour cancellation window , and do not attend the class you will be marked as a no-show.  If you miss the cancellation window three times you may have an interruption to making future bookings.   
 
    Messaging, emailing or contacting teachers privately is not an accepted form of cancellation.   
 
 
 
 
   Monthly   
   memberships   
   If you are on a monthly membership our policy allows for three missed classes.
 
If you do not cancel your class and no-show 3 times, your membership may be interrupted for a period of at least 1 week, and any classes you have booked during the suspension period will also be cancelled
 
If you no-show on a class that has a waitlist you may be subject to a LATE cancellation charge in line with the drop in price for the class or event
 
 Class passes 
 & 
 Pay as you go
   If you are using a class credit package you will be charged one credit for any classes marked as a no-show.   
 
   If you cancel before the 3 hour cancellation window, class credits will be re-credited to your account. 
 
 
If you are PAYG, classes will be charged at the time of booking.  If you cancel the class more than 3 hours ahead a credit will be added to your account (valid for 30 days).
 
If you cancel within the 3 hour window no credit will be issued for the cancellation and payments will be considered non-refundable. 
 Our waitlist
 & 
 how to use it 
   When a class becomes full, anyone wishing to join the class will be added to our waitlist.   
 
   On your GloFox app account you will be able to see the classes you are booked into and any you are waitlisted for.  If a space becomes available for a class you will be automatically moved into the class based on your position in the waitlist.  You will receive an email confirmation and your app will update.  
 
   It is your responsibility to check your class status, and if you are no longer able to make the class to either cancel your space or remove yourself from the waitlist.  Please check your junk email folder and make sure Hot Yoga Newcastle and GloFox are known senders.   
 
   If you get a space in a class and do not attend, or cancel in time, you will be marked as a no-show.
